Community-run since 2019

Born at a cafecito table for six.

In 2019, six strangers kept meeting for coffee in Zona Rosa because none of them wanted to go home yet. That table never really ended — it just got bigger. Today CDMX Pride is 1,200+ members, 40 volunteer hosts, and a real clubhouse with our name on the door.

What we believe

Nobody sits alone

Hosts introduce every newcomer to at least two people. If you look lost for more than five minutes, we've failed — come tell us.

Queer first, always

Allies are welcome, but our events center LGBTQ+ people — especially trans folks, lesbians and queer elders who are so often sidelined.

Safety is a verb

Consent crew, photo-permission wristbands, sober-friendly spaces and a conduct code with teeth. Fun needs guardrails.

The people holding the lanyards

A tiny staff, an army of volunteers. Say hola — they're the ones in yellow.

House rules, in short

  • Respect every identity. Names, pronouns and bodies are never up for debate.
  • Ask before photos. Look for green wristbands — red means no pictures, ever.
  • Consent in everything. Flirting, hugs, cruising talk — enthusiastic yes or it stops.
  • No hate, no exceptions. Racism, transphobia, misogyny or harassment = out, permanently.
